All PRO Auto Body and Paint ("All PRO," "we," "us") offers text messaging to customers who ask for it. These terms explain what you will receive and how to stop.

Program name: All PRO Auto Body and Paint Customer Texts

Message frequency: Varies. Service messages are sent as needed about your estimate or repair. If you also opt in to offers, we send up to 4 promotional messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: Reply STOP at any time.

How you sign up

You can opt in to texts in any of these ways:

Checking the text consent box on the estimate form at our website;
Texting us first at our business number; or
Telling us in person or over the phone that you want text updates, which we note in your customer record.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

What we send

Service messages: replies to your questions, estimate details, appointment reminders, repair status updates, pickup notices and a request for a review after your repair.
Promotional messages (only if you checked the second box or asked for them): seasonal reminders such as storm damage checks, paint check ups and occasional offers.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To start again, reply START. You can also reply HELP for help, or call us at (404) 967-5317.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text opt in information with anyone for their marketing. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except service providers who help us send the messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
