This policy explains what information All PRO Auto Body and Paint ("All PRO," "we," "us") collects through our website, our customer portal and text messages, and how we use it.

- Repair records: estimates, approvals, repair status, messages and photos related to your vehicle.
- Text and call records: messages you send us, and the phone number and time of calls to our business line.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To prepare estimates, schedule and complete repairs, and keep you updated;
- To answer your questions by text;
- To ask for feedback or a review after your repair;
- To send seasonal reminders or offers, only if you agreed to receive them; and
- To keep our records and meet legal requirements.
Text messaging
If you agree to receive texts, we use your phone number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help us run our text messaging, website and customer portal, and they may use it only to provide those services to us. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that host our website, customer portal and text messaging;
- With your insurance company, if you ask us to work with them on your claim;
- With a local business you ask us to connect you with, such as a rental car company, and only your name, phone number and vehicle for that request. We may receive a referral fee; and
- When required by law.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information and limit access to people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
How long we keep it
We keep repair and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and warranty requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
- Call us to update or correct your information, or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
